Jumeirah Islands Community Rules
It is important that all residents adhere to the community rules of the NAM managed community in which they live. The community rules ensure that all residents are able to continue to enjoy the land, water, facilities and structures within their community. The rules are also intended to protect the rights of privacy and enjoyment of all residents, whilst ensuring that high standards of architecture, landscaping, maintenance and safety are achieved and maintained.
