In order to ensure that you continue to receive quality services in terms of domestic services and handyman and maids, Nakheel Asset Management and Design (NAMAD) have appointed preferred service providers.
Effective 3rd March 2009, Imdaad will be responsible for services that include handyman services such as general plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry and pest control.
Imdaad will be dealing with customers directly for service quotations, payments and receipting.
Maid and domestic services will operate under the current regime of service providers and include the provision of professional, efficient, and honest domestic staff to perform various services including home cleaning, preparation of meals and assistance for private functions.
Customers can log requests via the NAMAD Customer Care Centre on 800 6267 who will direct your call accordingly.
