Party guidelines

Events are permitted only after written permission by Nakheel Asset Management

Attendance at any party is at the sole risk of the resident and their guests, invitees and attendees, who are both individually and jointly responsible for their own actions at all times;

All party attendees are to comply, at all times, with the Community rules and regulations. These are clearly posted on signs around the public areas of your community. They will also be uploaded on your Community Portal at http://communities.nakheel.com;

Other Jumeirah Islands residents cannot be restricted from using any area of their community at any time whilst the event is being held;

The event organizer must provide Nakheel Asset Management (NAM) Community Management representatives with a list of names of invitees, guests, attendees and contractors in order to advise security personnel and authorize access to the community area for the event accordingly;

The broader Rules and Regulations of Jumeirah Islands as well as the laws of Dubai or the United Arab Emirates are to be observed at all times.

The areas used are to be returned to a clean state with all party equipment and rubbish removed by the party organizer after the party;

Vandalism to the property caused by the owner, tenant or their guests including but not limited to the common areas, car ports, landscaping, or lighting fixtures or the property of another is strictly prohibited. The unit owner and the tenant responsible for the vandalism shall be responsible for the cost of any repair and/or renovation required due to the vandalism;

Residents responsible for any gathering of individuals will be charged for any clean up, repairs or other expenses incurred as a result of that gathering.

Parking

Any vehicles parked in Jumeirah Islands are parked at the sole risk of the party guests.

Noise

Noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times so as not to create a nuisance to nearby residents. In particular, excessive music from music players or other sound devices is not permitted.

Play Equipment

No additional play equipment (e.g. jumping castles or carousels) is permitted to be brought to or operated within the community area due to liability issues, and the resulting restriction of such areas from other users.

Party attendees may utilize the existing playground equipment in accordance with the community rules and regulations.

Please note that the master developer will not be liable for any claims, demands, remedies, suits, injury, damage, loss, liability, actions, proceedings or claims for compensation that the resident or any of the guests, invitees and attendees claiming by, through or under it may incur or make for any damage or loss to any property or physical injury or death to any persons in connection with this approval.

We appreciate your acknowledgement and adherence to the above and wish you an enjoyable event for you and all your invited guests.
