Important Notification for property modifications
In our continuous efforts to streamline our services and ensure a "one stop shop" service for our clients, changes to application and reporting processes have been made, with immediate effect, as follows:
All Trade Licence applications are to be lodged directly to TRAKHEES Commercial Licensing Department (CLD), located at Dragon Mart (1st floor).
All Property Modification, Shop Fit Out, Landscaping Works and Signage applications are to be lodged directly to Trakhees Civil Engineering Department (CED) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Departments, located at Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dragon Mart. Please contact CED directly for enquiries relating to matters by emailing ced.modifications@trakhees.ae.
Compliance matters can now be reported to the Community Manager or directly to Trakhees Compliance Unit by emailing them directly at compliance@trakhees.ae
